У сучасних смартфонах Huawei дисплей виконаний у вигляді дисплейного модуля: матриця дисплея, сенсорна плівка та верхнє скло та металева рамка склеєні разом на заводі в один блок. Оригінальні дисплейні модулі постачаються лише з металевою рамкою екрана. Без рамки дисплейних модулів немає.

Під модульною деталлю мається на увазі заводська версія деталі, що містить кілька компонентів, у нашому випадку це дисплейний модуль. Деталь є дисплеєм з встановленим тачскрином і склом. Також може бути основа корпусу або рамка дисплея, вже встановлені на деталь (опційно, залежить від моделі пристрою).

Механічне пошкодження екрана Huawei.

Якщо після будь-якого механічного пошкодження (удар, падіння, сильне стискання) у вас на дисплеї з’явилися чорні плями, смуги або дисплей потемнів повністю, то буде потрібно заміна всього дисплейного модуля. Часто бувають ситуації, коли після падіння дисплей телефону Huawei без плям і візуально цілий, але на його верхньому склі з’явилися тріщини. У таких випадках ми пропонуємо не поспішати із заміною всього дисплея, а спробувати зрізати розбите скло та замінити лише його. Така процедура несе ризики ще для цілої матриці дисплея, але при вдалому результаті може сильно знизити вартість ремонту. Як правило, успішний результат такого ремонту становить 80-90%. Якщо дисплей не витримає і трісне в процесі зрізування скла, то варіантів не залишиться: тільки заміна всього дисплейного модуля, як це задумано виробником Huawei.

Якщо Ви залили телефон або екран водою або іншою рідкістю, то ми рекомендуємо, наступне – вимкнути телефон (зовсім) бажано зняти АКБ, покласти в тепле та сухе місце на просушування. Далі чим швидше, тим краще звернутися в сервіс, щоб вони грамотно з використанням спеціальної апаратури, просушили. Чим довше пристрій продовжуватиме працювати, тим більше зламається, контакти будуть більше окислюватися, все більше замикань буде на платі, все більше щось вигорятиме. Якщо одразу вимкнути та грамотно просушити, особливо у спеціаліста, який не допустить подальшого окислення, то можна взагалі врятувати без наслідків.

Наслідки залиття екрану рідиною.
Найпоширеніші наслідки залиття дисплея можуть бути такими:

• райдужні розводи на підсвічуванні дисплея видно як плями в “глибині” картинки. Це не ремонтується телефон потрібно розібрати просушити видалити оксиди. На роботу екрана ці розводи не впливають. Але якщо заважають і дратують око допоможе тільки заміна дисплейного модуля.

• вигоряння ланцюга підсвічування екрана, дисплей стане чорним і на ньому нічого неможливо буде розглянути. Після прочищення від корозії та видалення оксидів у деяких випадках можлива заміна елементів підсвічування екрана та при ремонті від 400-500 грн роботу екрана можна відновити. Якщо не допоможе тоді тільки заміна дисплейного модуля
